Hi everybody. This week I am celebrating the past 3 years which has brought much magic, mystery and change to my life. Among many new things, these years have gifted a passion for feathers and flutes. As part of this celebration and as a record for myself of “where I am”, I’ll be sharing a small part of my daily practice or free play routines via some live video feeds.
For the next few days starting tomorrow around this time, I’ll select a different keyed bansuri (Indian bamboo flute) and demonstrate how we can start or end each day, colouring our mind with breath and song. This is something you may also like to do in your own time and in your own way.
Evening times I have selected are tomorrow (Wednesday) and Thursday, I’ll be online just after 6pm and on Friday morning I’ll be on around 6am, just after sunrise. Videos will be no more than 15 minutes and they will be saved (for myself) and in case anybody else would like to follow at a different time.
